As a Cleaning Specialist, you'll be committed to maintaining quality ensuring that each building shines, reflecting our shared values of excellence and care. These daily tasks include but are not limited to:

​

• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy environment for yourself and others while using personal protective equipment

• Empty trash cans (replace liners as needed) and recycling bins throughout each building, disposing of waste in designated areas or dumpsters

• Clean windows, glass doors, and mirrors using appropriate cleaning solutions and ensure all glass surfaces are free of smudges, fingerprints, and other marks
• Vacuum carpets and rugs to remove dirt and debris

• Mop hard surface floors including hallways, restrooms, and offices sweep

• Disinfect high-touch surfaces, such as door handles, light switches, and handrails

• Dust to maintain cleanliness in areas of each job site
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors

• Restock toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and hand sanitizer in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas as needed
• Wipe down surfaces such as desks, countertops, tables, and chairs to remove dust, dirt, and debris
• May be asked to change lightbulbs

• Communicate effectively with supervisors, colleagues, workers, and guests, to address any concerns or requests

 

Qualifications:

   • Must be respectful, responsible, dependable, trustworthy, and punctual

   • Must be flexible and adaptable to changes in scheduling and assignments

• Must be on time to work your assigned shift(s)

• Must be able to work with others

• Must be able to understand the English language and follow verbal/written instructions

• Wear a uniform t-shirt - Clean and professional appearance (free of tobacco smoke)

Physical Qualifications:​

• Must be able to bend down and get on and off the floor numerous times daily

• Must be able to stand for a extended period of time

• Must be able to walk on hard surfaces

• Must be able to lift up to 40lbs

Requirements:
  • Previous janitorial cleaning experience highly desired but not required
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must have reliable transportation to travel to multiple buildings
  • Successfully complete and pass a background check

 

Compensation:
  • Starting from $25-$80 per job site
