General Handyman
Independent Contractor - As Needed

At Browning CRPM, we pride ourselves on our comprehensive property management services. As a handyman, your role is to address all general maintenance service requests from our commercial and residential clients. Whether they need help fixing a door or tackling a larger maintenance project, you'll be responsible for providing your expert skills and a commitment to quality on every job site.

These requests may include but not limited to:

​

• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy environment for yourself and others while using personal protective equipment

• Fixing and repairing things both indoors and outdoors on commercial and residential properties

• Assemble furniture (couch, chairs, tables, tv mounts, bed, etc.)
• Fix or replace interior and/or exterior doors

• Fix or replace plumbing of sink faucets, drains, tubs, vanities, etc.

• Fix, repair, or install door handles, light switches, light fixtures, and handrails
 

Qualifications:

   • Must be licensed with the state of Missouri (provide a copy of license when requested)

   • Must have business insurance (provide a copy of insurance when requested)

   • Must have at least 2 years of experience 

   • Must have impressive attention to detail

   • Must be respectful, responsible, dependable, trustworthy, and punctual

   • Must be flexible and adaptable to changes in scheduling and assignments

• Must be on time to job sites

• Must be able to function efficiently while completing more than one task at a time

• Must be able to understand the English language and follow verbal/written instructions

• Clean and professional work attire - (Free of tobacco smoke of any kind)

• Must have a 4-star customer review or higher on Google

Physical Qualifications:​

• Must be able to bend down and get on and off the floor numerous times daily

• Must be able to stand for an extended period of time

• Must be able to walk on hard surfaces

• Must be able to lift upto 40lbs

Requirements:
  • Must be able to provide your own tools and equipment for every service requests

  • Previous experience in general handyman work 
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must have reliable transportation to travel to multiple job sites
  • Successfully pass a customer review background check

  • Must keep each job site clear of debris to ensure the safety of employees, staff, and visitors

 

Compensation:
  • Varies per job site
